Key Responsibilities


  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.

  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution.

  • Develop and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.

  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience.

  • Deliver expert customer experiences, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:


  • A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience being a plus.

  • A high school diploma or GED, along with proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to resolve customer issues.

  • Excellent computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop that meets our technical requirements.

  • High-Speed internet (wired connection required) and a smartphone.

  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.

  • Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
