About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders via telephone or fax, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly, efficiently, and professionally. You'll be the voice of blithequark, interacting with Directors of Nursing and Administration, and making a concerted effort to understand and meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle an average of 11 calls per hour per eight-hour shift, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers.
  • Solve routine and complex problems, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possible, displaying active listening and superior customer service skills.
  • Document activity in blithequark's system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Operate the phone system effectively, entering orders manually via fax when required.
  • Adhere to work schedules and be flexible to accommodate changing priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Essential Qualifications
