Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service by responding capably to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a delightful user experience.
 - Document customer information with precision and confidentiality, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security.
 - Build meaningful, personalized relationships with customers by gaining a deep understanding of their businesses and needs, tailoring your support to meet their unique requirements.
