About the Role: Providing Top-Notch Customer Support

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You'll engage with customers across various communication channels, including email, Live Chat, Microsoft Teams, and more, to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including email, Live Chat, and Microsoft Teams, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Level 1 support to customers by reviewing their problems and questions, and working toward a timely and satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge resources, such as 'How To' guides and documentation, to enhance customer understanding and support.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and escalate complex problems to senior support specialists or relevant teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and development, to ensure customer concerns are addressed and feedback is incorporated into product improvements.
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex customer issues.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Live Chat and Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles and product development processes.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools, such as Confluence or similar platforms.
  • Previous experience in a remote or distributed work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration.
