About the Role
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll work from the comfort of your own home in Maharashtra, within Tier B City limits (Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolapur, and Sangli are eligible). You'll be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers through phone, chat, and email support. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
 - Use a range of tools and resources to research and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
 - Deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building trust in blithequark's brand.
 - Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
 - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old.
 - The right to work in India.
 - Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral fluency.
 - Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours.
 - Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required).
 - A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair).
 - A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
