Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience, preferably in a telephone-based or call center environment.
 - Typing speed of 40 wpm or higher, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
 - Moderate proficiency in computer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
 - Pleasant, enthusiastic phone presence, with attention to intonation, diction, and inflection.
