About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver amazing service to our members through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefits and find the right healthcare providers.

 - Maintain a high level of organization within blithequark's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite, to efficiently manage member interactions and data.
 - Relay member feedback to our product and operations teams to contribute to the improvement of blithequark's solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our members.
 - Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy in resolving issues.
 - Maintain detailed, up-to-date knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying informed about industry developments to provide accurate and helpful support to our members.
