Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Chat Senior Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our Digital Operations Chat team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex inquiries, and advocating for the health and wellness of our customers. Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert support and guidance to customers and healthcare providers, helping them to understand our business and navigate complex topics such as prior authorization status, claims issues, and benefit coverage.
- Utilize our Chat platform to support multiple customers simultaneously, leveraging your attention to detail and technological savvy to deliver seamless and efficient support.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and professionally, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.
- Advocate for the health and wellness of our customers, educating them on disease management programs and recommending healthy living programs tailored to their individual needs.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare industry.
- Thorough technical knowledge of Medical terminology, with a strong understanding of healthcare concepts and principles.
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, human connection, empathy, researching, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Demonstrated oral, written, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Prior experience with time management, excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and customer-centric, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
