About the Role
As a Customer Support Response Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading Driver Assistance Program, providing safety services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more. You will be responsible for listening carefully to each caller's situation, evaluating their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to resolve their issues. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and choose the hours that are most convenient for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Driver Assistance Program customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
 - Listen carefully to each caller's situation, evaluating their needs and providing appropriate solutions to resolve their issues
 - Exhibit a high degree of caring and empathy on each call, handling stressful situations in a calming and professional manner
 - Multi-task to find answers while on the call with the customer, using available resources to resolve issues efficiently
 - React and respond decisively in emergency situations, providing critical support to customers in need
 - Reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor, with strong customer service skills and active listening abilities. You should be able to multi-task, think critically, and react decisively in emergency situations. Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required. You should also be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. For bilingual contractors, fluency in Spanish and/or French Canadian is also required.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Customer Support Response Specialist at blithequark, you will be compensated on a per-minute basis, with a rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute. You will also be guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes per available hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $12.60 - $16.80 per hour. Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee, and the opportunity to earn up to $14.88 - $18.60 per hour.
