  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests promptly, providing clients with essential documentation.
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Take premium payments from customers, handling transactions securely and efficiently.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact, updating customer information as needed.
  • Return all phone messages promptly, demonstrating a commitment to responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
