Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
 - Develop rapport with customers, providing an upbeat and positive attitude in every interaction.

 - Follow up on complicated customer interactions where required.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Must-Haves:
