Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to respond to customer inquiries, provide problem resolution, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to navigate computerized data entry systems, and have a strong understanding of our products and services. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with our service standards
 - Receiving and/or placing telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
 - Answering customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, and responding where applicable or directing to technical/service areas
 - Managing and resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for cardholders
 - Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes
 - Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
 - Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
 
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving customer inquiries and providing problem resolution in a timely and efficient manner
 - Managing and maintaining detailed and current knowledge of our products and services
 - Analyzing customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable
 - Utilizing computerized data entry systems or other relevant applications to navigate and resolve customer inquiries
 - Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
 - 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
 
Desired Skills and Capabilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems or other relevant applications
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
