Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing High-Volume Calls: Efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
 - Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Determine customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
 - Providing Multi-Channel Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective support across multiple channels.
 - Working Variable Schedules: Be available to work nights and weekends, including variable schedules and overtime as necessary.
 - Maintaining Regular Attendance: Demonstrate regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
 - Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned, including contributing to the success of the team and the organization.
 
Requirements
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
 - Ability to Multitask: Comfort with a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
 - High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
 - Physical Ability: Ability to sit for long periods of time, with minimal breaks and frequent computer use.
 - Availability: Availability to work one Saturday per month, and a willingness to work variable schedules and overtime as necessary.
 - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems and communication tools.
