Key Responsibilities

• Execute patient intervention programs, including medication therapy management, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical programs.
• Drive pharmacy financial performance by implementing programs to maximize reimbursements while improving patient health outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serve as a liaison and contact for Blithequark.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance plans as needed.
• Conduct data and clinical reviews to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions.
• Review medication records and patient profiles to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.
• Provide individualized patient counseling and education.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in pharmacy practice.

Essential Qualifications

• Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a clinical or patient-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision, using time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with electronic health records and pharmacy management systems.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, laws, and standards, including HIPAA guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain additional state pharmacy licenses as needed.
• Knowledge of insurance plans and reimbursement policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
• Certification in a pharmacy-related specialty, such as pharmacotherapy or medication therapy management.
