Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up, upselling, and promotional purposes.
- Utilize excellent communication and active listening skills to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Call customers from the prior day for quality checks and follow up on their concerns.
- Contact maintenance customers to schedule visits and offer promotions.

Essential Qualifications:
