**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Scheduling: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (3:00pm-11:30pm), Thursday, Friday (11:00pm-7:30am)
* Answering incoming calls and communicating with clients in a respectful, courteous, empathetic, tactful, and professional manner
* Transferring calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers
* Maintaining an above-average attendance record
* Following established standard operating procedures
**Qualifications/Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High school diploma required
* Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
* Ability to work without direct supervision
* Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
* Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized
* Ability to work well with medical staff, veterans, and elderly
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience working in a medical facility or with a similar population
* Familiarity with federal regulations and guidelines
* Experience with call center software and technology
