Key Responsibilities: Leading Co-Branding Marketing Efforts
As a Senior Coordinator - Co-Branding, you'll be responsible for leading select communications, marketing, and reports across all channels to support our co-branded credit card program and other partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading Frontier's tactical marketing strategy to support the co-branded credit card issuer in the development, testing, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, insert production, statement messaging, airport signage, internet, social media, and in-flight channels.
- Identifying opportunities and leading Frontier's tactical marketing strategy to support various loyalty partners in the development, testing, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Facilitating discussions between the Frontier team and partners to develop strategic and tactical components of the program.
- Developing training documents to support the co-branding credit card issuer's in-flight acquisition channel, including training new in-flight staff and assisting with recurrent training.
- Leveraging Frontier and card issuer communication channels for acquisition and retention messages.
- Identifying, recommending, and supporting new marketing channels and opportunities for the credit card program and other partners.
- Developing and coordinating internal communications and incentives to increase employee awareness of the co-branded credit card.
- Managing the approval process for all co-branded card communication materials.
- Overseeing production and printing of physical marketing materials and ensuring on-time distribution.
- Supporting other Loyalty Marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing or equivalent area of study.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or communications or a related field.
- Knowledge of airline and credit card marketing, as well as frequent flyer program rules and procedures.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analytics and presentations.
- Familiarity with HTML, SQL, or JSON coding is preferred.
- Exceptional presentation, oral communication, writing, and copy editing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, partners, and staff.
- Strong corporate vendor development and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.

We're offering a competitive salary range of $58,394 - $77,508 for this role, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
