About the Role: Senior Partner, Advertising Sales, WM Connect - Enterprise Consumables
This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of retail media. As a Senior Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of business within one of our largest partners, driving revenue growth, and deepening brand connections through bespoke retail media solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
 - Develop and execute annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success and achieve annual and incremental growth goals.
 - Present Walmart advertising products and solutions that meet client marketing objectives, leveraging data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations to drive high-impact opportunities.
 - Collaborate closely with account management partners to ensure smooth operations, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in when needed.
 - Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams, and agencies, fostering strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
 
Who You Are: Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent professional industry experience.
 - 6 years of quota-carrying digital sales experience, with expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
 - A strong ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
 - A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
 - Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
 - Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO-level meetings.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- An annual salary range of $108,000 - $216,000.
 - Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
