Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate the value and benefits of our services, and provide support to drive sales growth.
  • Research and Quote: Research sales contracts and make price quotations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes to customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain process integrity for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders via email, phone, and video.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with complete integrity, maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers and stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in a support role, preferably in a sales support or customer-facing environment.
  • Call Center Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Microsoft Products: Knowledge of Microsoft products, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent email, phone, and video communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences.
  • Administrative Skills: Experience in administrative tasks, including organization of detailed work materials, prioritizing deadlines, and identifying and recommending corrective action for moderately complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Experience with multiple technology platforms and navigating multiple screens, with the ability to quickly learn new technology and data.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of accuracy and quality in previous roles.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. central standard time, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
