Job Overview: Senior Staff Representative - Instructional Design
We're seeking an experienced Senior Staff Representative - Instructional Design to join our team. As a Senior Staff Representative, you'll be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning interventions that cater to a diverse workforce, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. You'll manage the design of training resources needed to effectively train employees across various locations, including brick and mortar, remote, and contract employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning, and virtual training materials, including facilitator support guides, end-user guides, and other learning activities as needed for assigned training projects.
 - Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of course content and train-the-trainer classes with facilitators.
 - Work independently and on teams with other designers and facilitators to design training materials, acting in the role of lead designer when needed.
 - Build performance measurement tests and evaluation instruments to measure and report the effectiveness of training.
 - Ensure consistency and compliance in training programs.
 - Practice core4 values in all operational processes and procedures.
 
What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3 years of learning design and development experience.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Articulate 360, and Photoshop.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
 - Possess strong quality decision-making skills.
 - Must be flexible, manage change and ambiguity well, have strong organizational skills, and be creative and solution-oriented.
 - Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
 - Review evaluation data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement recommendations for improvements.
 - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
 - Successful completion of an interview required to meet job qualifications.
 - Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
