Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and expansion in assigned territories, starting with Montana and potentially branching out to other regions.

 - Identify new business opportunities and pursue them with a high degree of enthusiasm and persistence.

Essential Qualifications

 - Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field, without a degree.
 - Strong electrical, mechanical, and sales aptitude, with a proven track record of success in sales.
 - General knowledge of industrial sales, with a preference for experience in industrial motor sales.
 - A good understanding of the industrial motors industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
 - Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time, visiting customer sites and attending industry events.
