Responsibilities
As a server at Tucanos, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Following established guidelines and procedures to ensure the quality of food and service, maintaining our high standards.
- Assisting in seating guests, clearing and setting tables, performing light kitchen prep work, and preparing to-go orders to ensure a smooth service.
- Maintaining accountability for your entire station, ensuring that every guest feels attended to and valued.
- Communicating effectively with both front and back-of-the-house team members to provide a seamless dining experience that exceeds our guests' expectations.
Requirements
To succeed as a server at Tucanos, you'll need:
- Excellent guest relations skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience handling money and operating point-of-sales processing systems, although not mandatory, is highly advantageous.
