About the Role: Night Shift Service Desk II
We're seeking an experienced Night Shift Service Desk Specialist to join our team as a Service Desk II. As a critical member of our support team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing servers, networks, infrastructure, Data Centers, SaaS applications, file shares, and other infrastructure issues. You'll work on projects with different teams and departments, alongside vendors, to deliver a seamless user experience for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide start-to-finish user support, including on/offboarding, support desk projects, and end-user support troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate tracking in JIRA on the project board, ticketing, and documentation.
- Manage onsite servers, storage, network, and VMware.
- Create and edit documentation on office systems, including trouble tickets and inventory.
- Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with applications and systems.
- Learn and adopt new IT support and management platforms.
- Assist IT Leadership in establishing processes.
- Procure, deploy, support, and maintain IT infrastructure at Crusoe Industries.
- Ensure systems are compliant with security policies.
- Provide timely communications and acknowledgments.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior experience with MDR/XDR platforms (e.g., Sophos XDR, Crowdstrike, Huntress).
- Prior experience with Cloud Identity Mgmt platforms and SSO, SAML 2.0, and MFA.
- Prior experience with MDM automation (e.g., Google MDM, Kandji, Intune).
- Prior experience working as an engineer at an MSP (project work).
- Prior experience working in a NOC/SOC or large enterprises with a large end-user pool.
- Ability to administer MacOS and support Macs and Linux using the command line.
- Technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and experience with deployments and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to ask for help and work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of working experience in IT support or a related field.

Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers. Compensation will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
