Key Responsibilities

• Lead each shift with confidence and poise, working alongside a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and expertly crafted products.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you'll need:

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• 6+ months of experience delegating tasks to others and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
