Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, to ensure seamless and enjoyable journeys.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Ensure all travel plans meet client preferences and expectations, and make necessary adjustments as needed.

Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns and complaints, and work to resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Ensure data is up-to-date and accurate, and make necessary updates as needed.

Travel Advisory and Problem-Solving

  • Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients.
  • Handle and resolve any travel issues, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, promptly and professionally.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or the travel industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
