Key Responsibilities
- Podcast Outreach: Research and create a list of relevant podcasts, reach out to them on behalf of our client, and hand off warm leads to ensure seamless communication.
- Content Creation: Repurpose podcast content into engaging social media posts and newsletters, utilizing Canva templates with our client's branding and colors.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
- YouTube Shorts and Amazon Storefront Management: Oversee the creation and publication of YouTube Shorts, as well as manage our client's Amazon storefront to optimize sales and visibility.
- Newsletter Creation and Management: Design and distribute a monthly newsletter that showcases our client's work, achievements, and upcoming events.
- Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, analyzing their potential impact on our client's online presence and adjusting our strategy accordingly.
- Local Bookstore Research: Compile a list of local bookstores in areas where our client will be attending book signings, ensuring a strong offline presence.
- Ad Hoc Tasks and Projects: Be prepared to take on additional tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms: Extensive experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: A proven track record in social media marketing, with a deep understanding of how to leverage these channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
