Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team on a hybrid basis, working onsite Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays. As a Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.


• Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including stories, Reels, and other formats.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and make recommendations for content and strategy.


• Utilize tools like Sprout Social to streamline social media management and drive engagement.


• Collaborate with our manager to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth and engagement.


• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and engage with relevant content to expand our reach.


• Assist with marketing tasks, product launches, and promotional activities to drive business results.


• Provide weekly reports on social media performance and sentiment to inform future strategies.


• Oversee customer support on social platforms, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.

Essential Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or public relations.


• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


• Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprout Social or similar platforms.


• Passion for lifestyle, fitness, and outdoor activities, with a keen understanding of the latest trends and developments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content creation, including graphic design, video production, and writing.

Compensation and Benefits
