Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-potential accounts within the assigned territory, leveraging your strong network and relationships within the fire service industry
 - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, utilizing your technical orientation and ability to communicate the value of Tablet Command's solutions
 - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of Tablet Command's mobile incident command and response solution
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the fire service, including fire chiefs, incident commanders, and other senior-level officials
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, sales engineering, and procurement, to close deals and drive revenue growth
 - Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and progress to management, ensuring transparency and accountability
 - Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth and strategic account development
 - Represent Tablet Command at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's solutions and building brand awareness
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of sales, technical, and industry expertise. We have a strong preference for candidates who have either or both of the following experiences:
- Direct SaaS sales experience selling into the fire service in a given region, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic account development
 - Seniority in the fire service in a given region, with demonstrated skills and potential to sell into fire departments at executive levels
 
In addition to these preferred experiences, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of Tablet Command's solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
 - Self-motivation and a strong drive to exceed sales targets, with a hunter mentality and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive revenue growth
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering results
 - Willingness to travel within the region as needed, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong educational foundation in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
 
Compensation and Benefits
Tablet Command offers a highly competitive compensation package, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $250,000, divided equally between base salary and variable compensation. This means that the base salary is $125,000, and the variable component is also $125,000. High performers have the potential to earn significantly more, with annual earnings exceeding $350,000.
