Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Engineer to work closely with our local customer service team in India to provide top-notch support for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced medical imaging equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and installing equipment in a professional and workmanlike manner, adhering to company standards, directives, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the installation of UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within a designated product range at customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Center (regional and headquarter level) to troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated product modalities under supervision, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Attend service training courses and work towards completing the UIH Professional Certificate, enhancing your competence in providing technical assistance and support to our customers, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.
  • Escalate situations where customer satisfaction is compromised, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining contractual obligations, while demonstrating a customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree or higher diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a Science-related major, providing a solid foundation in the principles and structures of diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Familiarity with the principle and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (CT/MR/PET, etc.), as well as experience working with similar technologies.
  • Good IT, Microsoft Office, and Networking Infrastructure skills, enabling you to effectively troubleshoot and maintain our equipment.
  • The ability to find and troubleshoot faults in the field, demonstrating a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, a good customer-oriented service manner, and an excellent team cooperation spirit, allowing you to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
