About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Trade Strategy and Contract Management to join our team. As a critical member of the Trade Strategy team, you will play a key role in leveraging CVS Health's size and scale to create differentiated, one-of-a-kind solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Your expertise will help reduce the costs of goods and make pharmaceuticals more accessible for our customers, clients, members, and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally and across Trade and downstream stakeholders to ensure project success, utilizing your strategic partnership skills to drive value for manufacturer negotiations and other enterprise interactions.
 - Lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of new contract management solutions that integrate with the Trade Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, leveraging internal and external sources, including vendors, and collaborating with leaders across Trade.
 - Develop expertise on manufacturer contracting by readily responding to priority out-of-cycle requests for manufacturer information, providing strategic intelligence related to manufacturer contracts and value.
 - Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce, Teams, MS Office, and other tools to drive business outcomes, with a focus on contract management and customer relationship management.
 - Own deliverables for executive leadership, requiring keen attention to detail and strategic thinking, including the development of high-quality PowerPoint presentations for VPs and above.
 
Essential Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience with product management and implementation related to contract management or customer relationship management systems.
 - 5+ years of experience with change management related to technology solutions.
 - 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or consulting industry, with a focus on negotiations, contracting, contract management, product management, or related fields.
 - Demonstrated strategic mindset and ability to convert information to strategy, despite ambiguity.
 - Demonstrated customer orientation and ability to bring together cross-functional partners to respond to customer needs.
 - Demonstrated success communicating complex issues and relaying information in an effective manner to senior leadership.
 - Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 - Experience with requirement/user story management in tools such as Jira, Rally, etc.
 - Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree.
 - Demonstrated experience with contract management in the pharmaceutical sector.
 - Experience with contracting or negotiations between large B2B enterprises, especially in healthcare.
 - Demonstrated proficiency in creating high-quality executive presentations.
 - Demonstrated experience designing and implementing new products/processes in a cross-functional environment.
 - Experience with both CRM systems and CLM systems, both in a product management role.
 - Demonstrated success via career progression and increasing responsibilities.
 - Client-facing experience.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $67,900.00 - $182,549.40, depending on experience and qualifications.
