As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have been impacted and guiding them through the next steps.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline ambassador for blithequark, working closely with individuals who have expressed interest in exploring potential compensation claims. Your primary objective will be to assess their eligibility, provide clear guidance, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with a high volume of callers (40-50 per day) through an automated dialer, assessing their potential eligibility for compensation claims.
- Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and navigating multiple windows to ensure seamless interactions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and meet sales goals.
- Utilize phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately, following scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues independently, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted service.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and compassionately.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven track record of building rapport and resolving conflicts effectively.
- A competitive spirit, with a drive to succeed in a performance-based environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call-center environment, preferably with a sales focus.
- A reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) and high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum).
- A noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB) to ensure high-quality audio and minimize distractions.
- Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly valued:
- A background in customer-facing roles, particularly in industries related to healthcare or consumer products.
- Experience with CRM software and phone systems, such as VICI.
- A proven ability to work independently, managing your time effectively and minimizing distractions in a remote work environment.

- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern.
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
