About the Role
As a Customer Service and Medical Receptionist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, employees, providers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to empathize with diverse audiences, will enable you to provide accurate and timely information, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, web portal, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from various stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information while maintaining the highest customer service and quality standards.
 - Collaborate with the service delivery teams to support their operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
 - Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
 - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the identification of areas for improvement in business processes and services.
 - Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure the privacy and safety of employee and patient information.
 - Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
 - Operate office equipment such as multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners in a remote work environment.
 
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
 - 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service experience (i.e., Healthcare, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.).
 - 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs.
 - Knowledge of processes within one or more of the following functions: Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
 - Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical/Healthcare experience preferred.
 - Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient care services.

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements for Remote Work
To work remotely for blithequark, you must:
- Be a resident of one of the following states: Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, or South Carolina.
