As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Chat Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and upholding the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and support to online customers via chat and phone, ensuring a positive shopping experience and resolving any issues promptly.
• Conduct warranty outreach and proactively offer add-ons and upsell products to customers via chat or phone, meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Demonstrate empathy, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills in all interactions with customers, both internal and external.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability, adhering to deadlines and meeting performance expectations.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on promotions, and communicating this knowledge to customers.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably with chat experience, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• A customer-focused mindset, with a strong emphasis on empathy and problem-solving.
• Previous experience in sales or retail industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms is an added advantage.
