Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading moderately complex initiatives within Mainframe related technical domain environments, utilizing your expertise to drive project success
  • Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs associated with the technology domain, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Resolving technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures, leveraging your problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles

  • 4+ years of experience utilizing Mainframe programming languages (Cobol / Endeavor), with a deep understanding of Mainframe technology and its applications
  • 3+ years of DB2 experience, with a strong knowledge of database management systems and data modeling
  • 3+ years of CICS WebService experience, with a solid understanding of web services and integration technologies
  • 2+ years of TSO experience, with a familiarity with Time Sharing Option and its role in Mainframe environments

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry, with a understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities
