About the Role

As a Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities on our Discord server, enforcing community guidelines, and fostering a positive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Moderation: Review and moderate chat messages to ensure compliance with our community guidelines, deleting or removing content that violates our rules.
• User Management: Take disciplinary actions against users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines, including muting, banning, or applying other measures as necessary.
• Investigations: Investigate reports made by users regarding potential rule violations, taking prompt and fair action to resolve the issue.
• Community Engagement: Foster a positive community environment by promoting respectful dialogue and encouraging constructive interactions among members.
• Rule Updates: Stay up-to-date with changes to our community guidelines and ensure that your moderation practices align with the latest policies.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
