About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President of Marketing to join our executive team and drive the development and execution of our marketing strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, amplifying our market presence, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States and collaborate with our distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

As our Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
  • Creating and executing demand generation programs, including marketing-driven campaigns, events, webinars, SEO, SEM, and ad retargeting, to drive revenue and growth
  • Managing and optimizing our marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to our sales team to enhance their selling process and drive conversions
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our target markets, including state Medicaid, managed care organizations, home care agencies, and IDD agencies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform our marketing strategy and stay ahead of the competition

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing or Communications, with an MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10-15 years of senior-level marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key drivers within the healthcare industry
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with C-level executives and providing strategic guidance and support

Preferred Qualifications
