About the Role: Live Chat Representative at blithequark
As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with prospective patients and site visitors through our website. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be responsible for managing multiple live chat conversations simultaneously, providing timely and accurate responses, and connecting our site visitors with our practice-based professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our CRM tool to engage with prospective patients and schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations
- Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Follow our lead journey process to maximize conversion rates
- Focus on delivering high-quality interactions, answering questions, and providing relevant information
- Collaborate with Leadership to achieve strategic sourcing and sales goals
- Assist with practice location efforts and other sales-related administrative tasks as needed
- Provide accurate information, qualify leads, and perform ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions
- Experience using a CRM tool, such as Intercom or Salesforce
- A typing speed of 60 words per minute or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and self-motivation
Additionally, you'll need to be available to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between) and be available for training from 9am-5pm local time. Flexibility to work on a Saturday or Sunday (or both) is a huge plus!
