About the Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, growing digital communities for our clients by engaging with users, responding to queries, and troubleshooting issues in real-time.
  • Analyze social media metrics to understand community trends and preferences, providing insights that can inform brand strategies.
  • Utilize exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple brand voices, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang to effectively mirror the voice and tone of multiple brands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that community management approaches are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media platforms, tools, and trends to continuously improve community engagement and moderation strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a native-level understanding of the language you will be moderating in, along with previous social media moderation experience. Certification in platforms like Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong spelling and grammar skills, are essential for success in this position. You should also possess exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, a proactive approach to learning and critical thinking, and high energy to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Native-level language proficiency in English or another required language.
  • Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
  • Previous experience in social media moderation, with certifications in Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social being a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to mirror the voice/tone of multiple brands.
  • Strong willingness to learn and think critically, with a proactive approach.
  • High energy and capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
  • Knowledge of and experience with major social media platforms (FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics.
  • Experience with digital project management tools (Asana, JIRA, Mavenlink, Basecamp, etc.) is a plus.
  • Minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X, with an internet speed requirement of at least 50 mbps.
