Make an Impact as a Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with parents and customers on a daily basis. Your expertise and empathy will help us build trust and loyalty with our customers, driving long-term success for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via online live chat, answer emails and phone calls, and respond to customers on social media, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Analyze and anticipate customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions or products to meet their requirements.
- Make judgment calls to efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for service improvement.
- Collect feedback to improve our services and marketing initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency with technology and aptitude to learn new technologies and processes quickly.

Schedule and Work Environment
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with hours of operation from Sunday through Saturday, 4:00 AM - 8:00 PM Pacific. Our managers work to give agents their preferred shifts as much as possible, with shifts typically assigned based on seniority.
We're a remote team, and we provide the flexibility to work from anywhere within the U.S. You'll need a reliable computer/laptop and high-speed internet connection to perform your duties.
Compensation and Benefits
We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
