About the Role: Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – CCAI (Google Dialogflow, Big Query)

We're seeking an exceptional Software Engineer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a remote Software Engineer specializing in CCAI (Google Dialogflow, Big Query), you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing software applications that drive customer experience solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications for customer experience solutions.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software.
  • Documentation and Communication: Configure, review, and oversee documentation of call flows and interdepartmental documents and communications.
  • Project Requirements and Configuration: Gather project requirements and configure solutions to continually improve the member experience.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a voice application subject matter expert for the internal team and business partners.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Join support calls with partners and provide sufficient details as needed to resolve issues.
  • Application Roadmap and Strategy: Assist in developing the application roadmap and strategy.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Gather and analyze application reports.
  • Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor team members on application and technical skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on customer experience solutions.
  • Cisco Expertise: Cisco CVP, CUIC, and ICM experience required.
  • IVR Configuration: IVR configuration training and required application certification.
  • Call Center Experience: Call center experience preferred.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Technical troubleshooting experience.
  • IVR and Call Flow: IVR and call flow experience preferred.
  • Education: College degree in a related area of study preferred.
  • Business Analysis: Business analysis experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and Visio).
  • SQL Expertise: Expert SQL experience required.
  • CCAI: Required expertise in CCAI (Google Dialogflow, Big Query).
