Job Summary

As a Senior Manager Technology - Finance Technology Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and growing the Finance Technology Team, which includes SAP Finance products and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG), and financial reporting in Workiva. You will coach and develop team members, champion career development, and strategically deliver high-impact solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements. Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technology leadership, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in SAP Finance products and/or Workiva.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of developing and engaging high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and apply department/enterprise business knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration).
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and/or agile methodologies.
  • Certifications in SAP Finance products and/or Workiva.
  • Experience in a remote work environment, with a proven track record of success.
