Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team of innovators. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines, architectures, and tools to drive business insights and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, product, and engineering, to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement complex data pipelines, architectures, and tools to drive business insights and growth
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, product, and engineering, to identify business needs and develop solutions
 - Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to meet functional and non-functional business requirements
 - Identify, plan, and execute process improvements, including re-architecting infrastructure for greater scalability, improving data delivery, and automating manual processes
 - Build required infrastructure for timely extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies
 - Develop analytical tools to leverage the data pipeline, providing valuable insights into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
 - Work with partners, including data, design, product, and executive teams, to help them with data-related technical issues
 - Develop or modify hardware and technology to serve customer needs
 - May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Managers
 
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 - 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing data pipelines, architectures, and tools
 - Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, including data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing
 - Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, Java, and SQL
 - Experience with AWS and SQL technologies, including data warehousing and ETL tools
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 - Experience with data science and machine learning technologies
 - Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, including Google Cloud and Azure
 - Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
 - Certification in data engineering or related field
