What You'll Be Doing
As the Sr. Director of Cloud Engineering & Support, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and coordinating the support and delivery of highly available IT services and software engineering development services
 - Managing IT application support, engineering, and outsourced IT vendor relationships across business units
 - Designing, implementing, and maintaining high availability systems with load balancing, redundancy, and clustering features
 - Delivering unified communication tools such as Teams Voice, Chat, and Video
 - Establishing the vision, strategy, and team development for effective delivery of internally managed systems, cloud-based infrastructure, and 3rd party services
 - Developing collaborative relationships with business leaders to drive IT transformation and corporate strategy
 - Managing a budget and staff, including IT, hardware, software, network management, and application support
 
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Engineering and Support
- Continuously manage and update IT Cloud to match current business applications integration requirements
 - Oversee response of IT Department as a whole to IT service needs
 - Design procedures, track responses, and recommend changes to improve overall IT service
 - Develop, enforce, and oversee production change methodology
 
Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work
 - Responsible for hiring, training and developing, terminating decisions
 - Creates the experiences and beliefs for team members to deliver the desired results
 - Lead by example and coach/mentor staff to be customer focused in all that we do
 
Security and Compliance
- Plan and carry out threat assessments and vulnerability management activities
 - Ability to design technical, administrative, or physical controls to meet industry standards
 - Provide technical responses for due diligence process
 - Define and complete goals, set security metrics, and provide reports on results
 
What You Will Bring To The Table
Essential Qualifications
- 15 years of relevant work experience, including proven ability to successfully lead and oversee critical projects and cross-functional efforts
 - Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
 - CISSP or CISM or CCSP Certification is a must
 - Excellent hands-on knowledge of a wide range of Cloud technologies
 - Working knowledge of the interdependencies between/across businesses
 - High level of working knowledge of router and switch configuration and WAN/LAN management
 - Strong working knowledge and understanding of key concepts in ITIL, SDLC, Dev/Ops, and cloud services
 
Preferred Experience
- Helping organizations successfully implement compliance programs
 - Implementing PCI and NIST or HITRUST or HIPAA compliance programs
 - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Creative thinker with a vision
 - Adaptable to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities
 - High customer service focus
 - Innovative mindset always looking to improve delivery
 - Azure DevOps or Security Certification is a plus

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- Approximate salary $130,000 - $150,000, exact compensation ranges are based on various factors
