Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Sr Director, Wealth Sales Enablement Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and benefits resolution in our Wealth Sales Enablement business area. Your key responsibilities and duties will include:
- Influencing Wealth Sales Enablement project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments, and changes
- Driving the delivery for Wealth Sales Enablement initiatives proactively, balancing planning, scope, schedule, budget, communications, and risks
- Establishing effective controls, procedures, and quality assurance processes for Wealth Sales Enablement and Wealth Distribution initiatives
- Ensuring projects/initiatives are executed in compliance and abide by TIAA internal control environment, established business guidelines, and TIAA policy
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support achievement of Wealth Sales Enablement objectives
- Reporting progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to Wealth Sales Enablement leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making
- Driving process improvements in Wealth Sales Enablement business area
- Driving and overseeing meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives
- Influencing development of new strategic initiatives through tracking budgets and milestones
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- University degree
- 5+ years of financial services experience in Wealth Management, including project and business management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of financial services experience in Wealth Management, including project and business management
- Successful track record in project management and business management
- Previous experience interacting and engaging with senior leaders and building relationships across various business lines
- Experience preparing, leading, and executing projects and initiatives
