Job Overview
We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Support Representative, who will play a vital part in establishing and executing support processes to ensure maximum client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy. As the initial hire in this role and an early member of our customer success team, you will have the opportunity to shape and define the customer support function at blithequark. Your primary responsibility will be to provide fast, high-quality resolutions for client issues, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and training to get the most out of our software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and training to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
 - Manage an inbound ticket queue, phone call queue, and inbound chat support, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively
 - Own and maintain our customer-facing knowledge base and help center, ensuring that it is up-to-date and provides valuable resources for our customers
 - Act as a customer advocate within the company, gathering feedback, escalating critical issues, identifying trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve our software and services
 - Implement new processes to increase the scalability of our team, ensuring that we can continue to provide exceptional support as we grow and expand
 
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience with product support, training, troubleshooting, and technical documentation, preferably in a B2B software or technology sales environment
 - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
 - A high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively and effectively
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deescalate difficult customer situations and build strong relationships with our customers
 - Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to think creatively
