Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and effective
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions, and to provide feedback on customer trends and preferences
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction targets, response times, and sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications

Preferred Qualifications
