Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, provide support, and address concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Consistently deliver the highest level of customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Management and Technical Support: Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Application Data Entry: Accurately enter application data, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity.
  • Online Chat Inquiries: Respond to online chat inquiries, provide support, and address customer concerns.
  • Interpret and Follow Procedures: Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects, updates, and priorities.
  • Time and Task Management: Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain productivity.
  • Extensive Self-Study and Training: Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite are not compatible)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Moderate to Advanced Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and technology.
  • High Level of Comfort with Technology: Comfortable learning new technology and adapting to changing systems.
  • High Level of Professionalism: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Self-Motivated and Success-Driven: Self-motivated, success-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation Details

We offer competitive compensation packages, including:

  • Base Pay: $14.50 per hour (or $15.50 per hour for Spanish Bilingual candidates)
  • Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour (or $17.00 per hour for Spanish Bilingual candidates) contingent on weekly attendance and performance
