Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner through live chat, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of blithequark's products and services, as well as company policies, to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions, to ensure that customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Meet Performance Goals: Meet or exceed performance goals and targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and other key performance indicators.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service: At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Independence and Adaptability: Independent and adaptable, with the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and adjust to changing priorities and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Live Chat Software: Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools, with experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems being a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with E-commerce Platforms: Experience with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • CRM System Experience: Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Additional Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate with customers in their native language.
