Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Utilize computer applications and software to manage customer interactions and data
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Schedule and Flexibility

At Blithequark, we understand the importance of work-life balance. That's why we offer flexible work schedule options, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but we also offer the opportunity to work outside of traditional hours.

Earnings and Revenue

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you can earn up to $19 per hour, depending on your phone call status and performance metrics. We also offer additional incentives based on client and performance metrics, providing opportunities for growth and increased earnings.

Essential Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
• Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
• Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Technology and Equipment Requirements:

• Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
• Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements:

• Quiet, uninterrupted space
• Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be an independent contractor. This means that you will remain responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and work schedule. Blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings or providing benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, or health insurance.

Locations:

We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. However, we are able to work with contractors residing in:
