Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email.
- Proactive and able to prioritize work, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs and delivering results.
- Must reside in the United States and pass a background check.
